Crillco was established in 2001. The history of Crillco begins with training and a career in stocktaking with one of the UKs leading stocktaking companies; Venners Ltd. After a number of years carrying out Stocktakes in some of London’s most prestigious sites, like The Lord Mayor Of London’s, Mansion House to The Ritz Hotel, Ian Crilly, moved to Dublin and set up Crillco Stock Management with the aim of providing the best expertise and training the UK had to offer in complete Stock Management. The Company has worked with some of the Largest and smallest operators in the Irish Food and Beverage Industry since that time.
